Can I modify my order?
Due to our order fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to update any details, please contact us as soon as possible through our "Contact Us" form or email us directly at contact@hueanddunes.com as soon as possible.
Hue and Dunes is not responsible for any errors made during the information entry process. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review all details, including your shipping address, name, phone number, payment information, and product selection, to ensure accuracy before placing your order.
How long will delivery take?
On average, delivery takes between 1 to 3 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping.
Do you you ship internationally?
We currently offer free shipping on orders above $20 within Singapore only. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping to countries outside of this range at this time.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. We’ll also send you updates as your order is processed and shipped.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number where you can monitor your delivery status by visiting the “Track Your Order” page on our website.
My order never arrived, what do I do?
If the tracking hasn’t been updated for an unusually long period, or if there’s no update after the label was created, it may have been lost in transit. Please email us at hueanddunes@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in looking into this.
For packages shipped to temporary addresses, we cannot assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address when delivery occurs within the expected shipping window.
Please note that customer support must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days from the ship date. After this period, we will be unable to assist with a replacement or refund.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
